Hello there! I've been immersed in the world of baseball and softball coaching since 2002. Over the past 25 years, I've coached at all levels, from t-ball to teams preparing for the World Championships. Transitioning from coaching elite players to youth leagues was an eye-opening experience that sparked my journey of refining a system to prepare for the season - from that pre-season parent meeting to building the best lineups and practice plans. My goal is to empower coaches with the knowledge and tools to take the stress out of coaching so they coaches can enjoy the journey!
